- RE.TE. è un'ONG (Organizzazione Non governativa), un'associazione senza fini di lucro composta da tante persone di ogni mestiere e di varie età, con interessi e storie comuni. Le attività dell’associazione si articolano in progetti diretti alle comunità, alle cooperative, alle organizzazioni di base nei Paesi del Sud del Mondo. Ad oggi RE.TE ha attività in corso e in via di costruzione nelle seguenti aree: Mediterraneo (Albania, Bosnia Herzegovina, Marocco, Tunisia), Africa subsahariana (Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, Mozambico), America centrale (Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador) e America del sud (Bolivia e Brasile). I settori di intervento riguardano i temi su cui l’ONG si è costituita ed è poi evoluta nella riflessione: a) il rapporto tra tecnologia e sviluppo e la formazione professionale. b) l’economia solidale e lo sviluppo organizzativo delle cooperative comunitarie e associazioni di base. c) la salvaguardia ambientale in relazione allo sviluppo umano e sociale.
